Nat is the consummate professional and an exceptional Speaker – entertaining, engaging and able to serve an audience exactly what they need. Nat has spoken at two of the Social Media Conferences – 2015 and 2016. In 2015 we asked her to fill the ‘after lunch spot’ – and she did not disappoint. The crowds were enthralled and entertained. In 2016, having worked with Nat previously and having a good idea of her Speaking abilities, we asked her to close the first day as Keynote Speaker. The feedback from delegates has always been positive – words like ‘fab presentations’ ‘great speaker’ ‘loved the way Nat presented the topic’ ‘ full of energy’ are a taster of what people think of this fabulous lady. From an organisers perspective, it is always a pleasure dealing with Nat. She is prepared, sends her media information in time and professionally. A true pleasure to work with.
During the autumn, this year, I asked a friend if she knew where I might be able to do some networking in Auckland as I needed to build up a new industry network after being away in the UK for so long. She straight away told me about the Go To Girl networking Facebook page and events that were held centrally in Auckland for women. One month later I was signed up to go to the next networking event with over 100 other women and was blown away by the energy, enthusiasm and support that Natalie Cutler-Welsh, the Go To Girl, offered to this large group of women. That night I decided that I would enter into some 1-1 coaching with Nat to help me find a network of like-minded women and to help guide and re-focused me in my career towards my dream of having my own product line. Eight months down the track from that first networking night I have since attended two more, joined the mastermind live group meetings and have had more 1-1 coaching sessions with Nat and feel that this has really changed my direction in such a positive way. I am so much more clear about my direction now, I have developed a network of some really talented amazing women, I have networked with like-minded creative designers, I am working towards launching a new product line next year... everything is going in the right direction! So there is no doubt that I will be committing to more of this ‘gold’ for the year ahead to help keep me on this amazing journey.
Nat came and spoke to our Howick Women in Business group recently and provided valuable insight into juggling the motherload and Q&A and tips around running a small business and social media. Nat has the ability to connect with her audience, in this case women running small businesses. She breaks information down and explains things in a way that is easy to understand and transfer into life. She is great and engaging and communicating effectively. The women who attended all took some wonderful gems away.
Nat came and presented to our teams at our World Organics conferences in Auckland and Sydney. Our girls really loved Nat and came away buzzing from what she had to share! Inspirational social media tips, genuine ideas on how to navigate the multi tasking working mum lifestyle and how to network with authenticity. Thanks Nat, I came away inspired as well!
Hearing Nat speak at the Social Media Conference opened my eyes to so many amazing possibilities for myself and my business. She's so inspirational and she really got through to me on how to truly connect with people, both online and offline.
